• The rules and conditions of the center apply to subscribers and their parents, and the center has the right to cancel the subscription for anyone who violates them without being obligated to refund any money.

Registration and payment

•   Parents and participants must announce any medical condition before the start of the course, and the center has the right to withdraw the application if the correct data is not provided, and the parent/participant bears full responsibility for the validity of the data.

Refund Policy

Cancellation, compensation and change

• Class cancellation due to bad weather or poor swimming pool conditions, another date will be scheduled for a compensatory class.
• If the lesson falls on a public holiday, class will take place on the same day and time of the week following the previously scheduled lessons.
• The participant is obligated to attend the lessons according to the days and hours in which he registered. Lessons are not compensated in the event of his absence without a medical excuse.
• The timing of the program in which the participant is registered cannot be changed unless there are vacancies in the program he wants to move to and the center accepts that.
• The course you are enrolled in cannot be postponed after passing two lessons of the course.
• Only one session can be postponed for the ladies only session (optional and compensated according to the availability of time) and according to what the center deems appropriate and is not linked to the basic schedule and can be implemented on any day or hour.

Swimming pool rules , regulations and safety guidelines

• Only appropriate swimwear is allowed during swimming lessons.
• A swimming cap is mandatory for all participants while in the pool.
• Any kind of jewelry of all kinds (such as rings, necklaces or anything else) must be removed, and the center does not take any responsibility if it is lost. Or the participant suffered any injury because of it.
• Remove any type of girls’ hair grip under the swim cap, except for rubber or fabric, which do not contain pieces of plastic or metal.
• Underwear is not acceptable at all in the pool.
• The Center will not bear the loss of any personal belongings.
• The guardian is responsible for the participant while he is in the center and outside, and the center does not bear any responsibility for any injury that occurs outside the pool area at any time.
• Avoid running, arguing, yelling or otherwise disturbing the participants, and anyone who does so will be required to leave the pool.
• It is forbidden to leave children accompanying the participants in the course without supervision, especially in the outer courtyard of the swimming pool, and the center does not bear the responsibility if they are left unsupervised.
• It is forbidden to leave children participating in the course alone without supervision during arrival, until they are handed over to the coach or supervisor in charge.
• That the companions or parents sit in the places designated for them, and it is not permissible to be in the pool area without the permission of the supervising official.
• The guardian must not leave the center (the center building) without making sure that his children are with him, and not allow them to return to the swimming pool after they leave to prevent any accidents.
• It is forbidden to bring food or drinks into the pool area, except for water.
• . It is strictly forbidden for any participant to enter the swimming pool without the presence of the coach.
• Early attendance before classes is not allowed, and the guardian bears the consequences of this in the event of non-compliance. So that the arrival time is five minutes before the class.
• Training is the responsibility of the center and escorts or guardians are not allowed to interfere in the training during the course of work.
• Non-participants are not allowed to enter the swimming pool.
• Parents or escorts are not allowed to interfere in the classes or to approach the swimming pool during the classes until they end.
• The guardian must receive the child immediately after the end of the class and not leave him unattended.
• It is advised not to eat – a main meal – for at least two hours before coming to classes.
