Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Summer Program for Children (Ages 10-15)

Age:
- Registration is limited to children aged 10 to 15 years.

Fees:
- Paid amounts are non-refundable, so please ensure you review the program details before registering.

Adherence to Rules and Guidelines:
- All participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines set by the organizing body.
- Respectful and ethical behavior towards trainers and peers is expected from all participants.

Personal Property:
- Participants must take care of their personal belongings. The organizing body is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

Behavior:
- The organizing body is not responsible for inappropriate behavior. Inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being excluded from the program without a refund.

Health Declaration:
- The participant’s guardian must provide a health declaration stating that the child does not have any health issues that might hinder their participation in the activities.
- If there are any health conditions requiring special attention, the organizing body must be informed in advance.

Consent to Photography:
- Children may be photographed during activities for documentation and promotional purposes of the program. Registration implies implicit consent unless stated otherwise.

Attendance and Dismissal:
- Participants must adhere to the attendance and dismissal times specified by the organizing body. The organization is not responsible for children after the specified program time ends.

Communication:
- For any inquiries or issues, please contact the organizing body through the available communication channels.

Emergencies:
- In the event of health emergencies or accidents, the organizing body will take the necessary actions and contact the guardian immediately.
