اقر أنني قد اطلعت على شروط الانتساب وارشادات السلامة الخاصة بالسباحة، كما افوض العاملين والمنتسبين المتخصصين في مركز الدولفين للسباحة باتخاذ الإجراءات والخطوات الالزمة في حال وقوع حادث او اصابة ، ويسري هذا التفويض لفترة اشتراكي بالمركز اثناء مواعيد الحصص و البرامج المنتسب فيها.

, acknowledge that I have read and agree to the company’s conditions and safety guidelines for swimming, and I authorize the employees and specialist affiliates of the Dolphin Swimming Center to take the necessary measures and steps in the event of an accident or injury, and this authorization is valid for the period of my subscription to the center’s courses.
